01 - OUR FIRST MEETING
Our first step takes about 30 minutes—we will meet and tour the property so that we can set expectations. This is a good opportunity for us to become acquainted with you and your home.
02 - GETTING YOUR HOUSE READY
We will help you figure out what projects need to be done to your house to get it ready—renovations, painting, staging, etc. We have connections to services that can help you with these projects, so don’t worry.
03 - OUR MARKETING TEAM
When your home is ready to show, about a week before it goes live, our marketing team will take pictures and videos and measure your home for 3D floorplans to begin designing a strategic marketing plan for your home.
04 - THE SIGN
Soon after you decide to sell with us, we will order and install a “For Sale” sign on your property, which always has a fresh and attractive look. We also offer a smaller version for apartments and condominiums.
05 - MLS LISTINGS
We will list on many different media outlets as soon as the web listing is ready to go. It typically takes 1-2 days for your listing to appear on most real estate sites, but it will show up instantly on VIVA for realtors.
06 - ON THE MARKET
As soon as we’ve gone live, we will send you an email that includes the links to the listings. At this time, you can review the information and let me know if you have any suggestions or corrections to the listings.
